Tool Build work flow
Product and Tool Design Review
Provide Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Tool Design and Development Support. Provide input and solution ease the manufacturing processes and achieve a robust tool.
progress status
Provide weekly or bi-weekly progress status report to customers, keeping them up to date on the build progress. Keep track on data revision, materials and engineering matters. Perform pre-trial check to ensure machine, equipment and trial material are in place.
Trial & Qualification
Perform customer’s or WMA’s internal qualification during the trial. Review process, tool and part status with toolmaker, formulate action plan, review measurement report. Submit samples and report to customer.
Tool Shipping or Production
Upon receiving approval from customer to ship tool or start production, perform pre-shipping inspection, packaging and liaise with shipping company.
